At Vincraft it is our goal to ensure each and every buyer is satisfied with their respective purchase, keeping the quality and service at our top priority. However if any buyer feels dissatisfied with the product purchased then we ensure a hassle free cancellation and refund policy. We request you to go through the entire policy thoroughly before you proceed.
Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been dispatched. If product is not shipped within 24 hours and a cancellation request is made, the amount refunded would be subject to bank charges and refunded amount would be total amount deducting the bank charges for the payment facility provided.
- There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
- No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Vincraft marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
- In case if product received is not as shown on the site or as described, or if any other design is received other than what is shown in the pictured, customers must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will inquire about the same and if it is found to be true, the customer will get a full refund or the product will be replaced.
- Cancellation of order mail shall be drafted with Subject: “Cancellation Request for Order #XXXX” and sent to [email protected]

- Vincraft holds complete deciding rights in all matters concerning Cancellation and refund.

- Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt.
- Refund/replacement for goods are subject to inspection and checking by vincraft.in team.
- We do not refund if you change your mind however we can arrange a replacement or exchange (transit charges will be charged extra)
- Damages due to negligence or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns Policy.
- Product should be accompanied with Original Product along with packing and Original/Copy of Invoice for all returns/exchange/money back.
- The return/money back amount will be as determined by our team at Vincraft. In case, any Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes are used during the original purchase, the amount will be reduced by the amount equivalent to the Coupon, Discount or Promo Codes
- In case of Refund, the payment shall be made by way of an account payee Cheque, /NEFT/ Respective payment Gateway, within 3 days of receipt of product along with packing and Invoice subject to quality confirmation and acceptance.
- In case of exchange, the customer will have to pay the difference between the new product chosen and the old product before dispatch.
- Reverse Pickup : At Vincraft, we not only offer Free Shipping on most products, we also give you free returns. Our reverse pickup policy is just one more way in which we try to make your online shopping experience, smooth and easy. If you have bought a product that you would like to return, you can book a reverse pickup using these easy steps:
- Call us on +91-76888-44444. Tell us your order number and request for a reverse pickup.
- Drop an email on [email protected], we will contact you to confirm the pickup.
- Depending on your location, your customer care officer would guide you various return options available to you.
- If there is no reverse pickup service available at your location, you would be asked to ship the product back to us at your cost. However, you would be given a wallet balance of ₹70 to compensate you for the cost incurred.
- Please do take care that you pack items securely and safely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self shipped returns, we recommend you use a reliable courier service.
- All costs of return shipping need to be borne by the purchaser (Unless the item received is defective).
